Strengthening procurement, transport and warehousing management systems within the National Society structure

Key activities:

1. Review and disseminate policies and procedure for both routine and emergency procurement and ware housing.
2. Strengthen capacity of the Society in logistics and procurement management at all levels
3. Review the transport policy and adopt changes
4. Review the transport management systems to include computerized tracking vehicles
5. Carry out an in country logistics capacity assessment
6. Networking the logistics department
