I am 20 years old and I work as a volunteer at the Red Cross Branch in Mukono, Central Region. At the start of September 2011 my colleague Jana Weinberger and I came from Germany to support the work at the Uganda Red Cross Society. After I had been introduced to the basic duties at the Branch I came up with different ideas how to establish new features of the office to support and promote the vision of the organization.
